kodehyve SaaS digitises and streamlines property development workflows and real estate transactions end-to-end through automation, business intelligence and compliance - thereby empowering property developers and their stakeholders to more conveniently and efficiently structure, execute and analyse their project management, investor lifecycle management, risk and compliance as well as financial management and data analysis activities.
We provide 2 main service categories:
- Real estate operating systems and APIs, such as flagship products kodehyve OS, kodehyve sign and kodehyve comply. In this same service segment, we provide standalone modules through kodehyve SDKs, enabling API integrations.
- Advisory, focusing on business intelligence and data analysis for reporting, tech consulting and digital audits.
We work closely with property developers (residential, commercial, infrastructure), construction companies, real estate funds and asset managers, family offices, real estate agencies, architecture and engineering offices, Governments, banks and insurances to drive industry transformation.
Roles overview
As part of our development in Luxembourg, our ongoing expansion in BeNeLux and our ambition to grow across Europe, we are hiring a driven and experienced Product Marketing and Communications Specialist to join our growth team.
As a Product Marketing and Communications Specialist, you will use your knowledge of kodehyve products to output all kinds of visual and written content in order to connect with potential customers and contribute to generating leads for our sales team, hence helping drive revenue growth and expand our market share both locally and internationally through strategic marketing initiatives.
Additionally, you will be involved in the refinement of kodehyve's international inbound and outbound lead generation strategy, content strategy, brand strategy, pricing strategy and go-to-market strategies.
You will establish and own KPIs while consistently monitoring, tracking results, and driving marketing execution to meet and exceed engagement goals.
Hands-on execution and close collaboration with product and sales teams are fundamental in this role. The ideal candidate will be driven by a results approach and have a proven track record of success in developing and executing product growth and communication strategies that exceed targets. To be successful in this role, you’ll have experience working in a high-performance, high-accountability environment. Additionally, you must be comfortable with collaborating with a diverse and geographically distributed team.
The natural progression for future development in this role is to become a Growth Manager, managing larger marketing teams across kodehyve’s markets. Other opportunities and paths for professional development and progression are possible.
This role will report to the CEO, and will be based in our headquarters in Luxembourg. Hybrid and remote eligible. We’re looking for someone to join us in Q2 2024.
Role and Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Development
- Develop, own, and execute actionable visual and written marketing strategies to enhance user engagement and growth.
- Establish and execute growth marketing frameworks focusing on product marketing, content marketing, corporate communications, and lead generation to drive revenue growth.
Content Management and Delivery
- Lead the delivery of both visual and written content across multiple platforms, including newsletters, blog posts, customer success stories, guest articles, thought leadership pieces, press releases, social media posts, and video content.
- Maintain organised content calendars and backlogs for multiple platforms, ensuring seamless communication about progress through effective team collaboration.
- Manage kodehyve’s social media accounts and content platforms, overseeing the creation and distribution of content.
Product Marketing Strategy:
- Set up and lead the product marketing strategies, defining processes and KPIs.
- Promote and highlight the unique features of kodehyve products, emphasising their problem-solving capabilities.
- Create and communicate ongoing content forecasts and performance metrics to various teams and leadership.
- Collaborate closely with product, tech and sales teams, as well as kodehyve partners, to ensure consistent and aligned messaging across all communications.
Lead Generation and Sales Collaboration:
- Develop and manage lead generation strategies and processes, establishing clear KPIs.
- Coordinate with sales and channel partners to implement strategic initiatives, set lead flow expectations, uncover prospecting opportunities for sales teams, and develop campaigns aimed at exceeding revenue targets.
Revenue Generation Programs:
- Partner with sales, customer success, product, and leadership teams to implement and lead programs that capitalise on opportunities and drive revenue.
- Build out a comprehensive local and international marketing strategy and roadmap in collaboration with kodehyve leadership, product, and sales teams.
Analytics and Market Research:
- Establish KPIs to measure and analyse marketing performance across various aspects, including lead generation and engagement, adapting strategies based on data-driven insights to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct ongoing market research to assess competitor offerings and market evolutions, identifying opportunities for differentiation.
- Stay updated on new market trends and industry changes, researching new business opportunities and potential new markets.
Your Profile
Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Communications
- An innovative and open-minded approach to product marketing, content marketing and communications
- Ability to convey strong messages digitally through visual, written and audio content
- 3-5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in technology (preferably SaaS or ERP) or real estate
- B2B, B2B2C or B2C experience.
- Experience in international marketing initiatives
- The desire to build and lead an international marketing team in the future
- Project portfolio or/and strong references from previous employers are an asset. No degree required.
Languages
- A minimum of 2 languages are required: Perfectly fluent (minimum C1 level) in English (non-negotiable) and perfectly fluent (minimum C1 level) in French, Flemish/Dutch and/or German. Luxembourgish, Portuguese and any other language is a strong asset.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver persuasive messages to a diverse stakeholder audience, including customers and end-users, channel partners and leadership
